Practical Tips for Kusadasi

Currency – Turkish Lira (TRY). Some places accept pounds and euros, but lira is best for local prices.

Tipping – Leave 10-15% in restaurants, round up for taxis, and tip hotel staff if they’re helpful.

Adapters – Turkey uses two-pin European plugs. Bring an adapter if needed!

Language – Turkish is the main language, but English is widely spoken in tourist areas.

Best Time to Visit – May to October is sunny and warm. July and August are the hottest months and trust us, it gets ROASTING!

Haggling – Bargaining is expected in markets. Don’t be shy, just smile, be polite and have fun with it!

WaterDrink bottled water! Tap water is safe for brushing teeth but not great for drinking.

Kusadasi is the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure—lazy beach days, incredible ruins and endless shopping. You’ll leave with amazing memories (and maybe a tan or an extra suitcase!). Time to book that trip!
